Cuban Mojo or “Mojo Criollo” is a sauce in Cuban cuisine used as a marinade or condiment to add bright, zesty flavor to meats, rice and beans, and vegetables. Our 15-minute marinade is easy to use and brings the same burst of flavor to your meals. Simply marinate your meat, seafood, or veggies, then cook on the grill, oven, or on the stovetop. Directions
Shake well. Discard used marinade.
Grill It: Marinate pork, chicken or seafood. Grill, basting with fresh marinade. Bake It: Marinate salmon fillets. Bake, basting with fresh marinade during the last few minutes of cooking. Saute It: Heat olive oil in a skillet and saute shrimp with marinade.
Goes great with: pork, chicken, seafood & fish.
Refrigerate after opening.
