Ingredients
Bread Crumbs (bleached Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt), Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Spices (inluding Paprika, Celery Seed), Sugar, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Extractives Of Paprika, Yeast & Tocopherols (antioxidant).
Directions
You'll Need: 1/2 cup Coating Mix | 4 to 5 fish fillets (about 2 lbs.) Moisten fish with water. Shake off excess. Coat fish on all sides with coating mix (discard any remaining coating). Place fish on foil-lined sheet pan. Bake as directed below until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. (No need to flip fish.) Cook Time Chart: Fish Fillets: Oven (Set temperature to 400 degrees F): 15 mins; Air Fry (Set temperature to 350 degrees F): 12 mins. 2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast: Oven (Set temperature to 400 degrees F): 20-25 mins; Air Fry (Set temperature to 350 degrees F): 15-20 mins. 1-1/2 lbs. Chicken Breast Tenderloins: Oven (Set temperature to 400 degrees F): 12-14 mins; Air Fry (Set temperature to 350 degrees F): 10 mins. Note: Cook times may need to be adjusted. Internal temperature must reach 145 degrees F for fish or 165 degrees F chicken. Air Fry Directions: Coat fish or chicken as directed. Place in single layer in air fryer basket, working in batches if needed to avoid overloading basket. Air fry as directed above.
