Wash rice cakes with water. Put the rice cakes,seasoning powder and 3/4 cup of water in a medium sized skillet and bring it to a boil on high heat. When it is boiling, turn down the heat to medium and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
