Southern-Style Fried Pink Shrimp, Total time: 25 minutes (makes 4 servings) ingredients:1 lb peeled/deveined greenwise florida pink shrimp 2 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning, divided 2 cups self-rising flour 1/2 cup cornstarch 1 cup whole buttermilk 1 lemon, for wedges vegetable oil, for deep frying tartar sauce (optional for serving) cocktail sauce (optional for serving) steps: 1, thaw shrimp following package instructions; toss with 1/2 teaspoon seasoning, combine flour, cornstarch, and remaining 2 teaspoons seasoning in shallow bowl, pour buttermilk in second shallow bowl, cut lemon into wedges, 2, dredge shrimp in flour mixture (coating all sides), then dip in buttermilk (letting excess drip off), dip into flour mixture again, pressing to adhere coating (wash hands), 3, preheat oil to 350°f, add shrimp one at a time (in batches if necessary); cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque and coating is golden, serve with lemon wedges and tartar or cocktail sauce, if desired. Thawing instructions: Achieve best results by thawing 8-12 hours (or overnight) in refrigerator, thaw quickly by removing desired amount of shrimp and place under cold running water 5-10 minutes, drain well, then pat dry with paper towels, prepare shrimp when thawed; do not refreeze. Cooking instructions stovetop: Preheat sauté pan on medium-high. Add olive oil or butter, swirl to coat. Cook shrimp 4-6 minutes until opaque. For best results, do not overcook. Air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 350°f, coat shrimp light with oil; arrange in single layer in air fryer basket, cook shrimp 4-6 minutes until pink best results, do not overcook e time as needed.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
