Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: 1. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a non-stick skillet over medium to high heat and allow skillet to preheat. 2. Remove diced beef from pouch, place beef in the preheated skillet and discard pouch material. Brown beef in skillet stirring constantly.* 3. Place noodle pouch in the microwave and heat on medium-high for 30 seconds. 4. Open the vegetable pack and pour vegetables into the skillet with the beef. Discard the vegetable packaging. Allow vegetables to cook for approximately 2 minutes. 5. Open the sauce packet and pour sauce into skillet. 6. Remove the noodles from the microwave, open the pouch, and pour the noodles directly into the skillet. Using kitchen tongs, separate the noodles, and stir until the noodles and vegetables are coated thoroughly with sauce. 7. Allow mixture to heat until sauce becomes hot and thoroughly coats the kit components. 8. Remove from skillet and serve. * Note: Always use a calibrated meat thermometer to ensure that beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F for 3 minutes. Do not eat raw or undercooked meat or vegetables.
