Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
How to Cook: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Sous vide sauce pouch is boil-safe. Recommended Method: Bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium pot. Take noodles out of its sleeve and add to pot along with unopened sauce packet and cook for 5-7 minutes. Pour sauce over strained noodles and mix well. Alternative Method: Noodles: Bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium pot. Remove noodles from plastic sleeve and cook for 6 minutes. Prep sauce on either stovetop or microwave. Strain the noodles and mix with heated sauce. Sauce (select 1 cooking method): 1. Stovetop: Bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil and add the unopened sauce packet. Heat for 4 minutes and set aside. 2. Microwave (1200 W): Empty sauce from sauce pouch into a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high (100% power) for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 45 seconds. Make sure the sauce is at least 165 degrees F. Adjust cook time as needed to heat the sauce to 165 degrees F if not using a 1200 W microwave. Caution: Contents will be hot.
