2. Microwave on high for 1 min.
3. Flip burger. Microwave on high for an additional 35 seconds. Pan Fry: Skillet (Recommended method): Cook frozen burgers in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 9 to 11 min., turning occasionally.
Keep frozen.
