Place thawed burger in a non-stick skillet and cook over medium-low heat for 6-7 minutes, turning as needed to promote even browning. In the Microwave*: 1. Place frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave on high, turning burger over halfway through the cooking time. 3. Microwaving more than 2 burgers at one time is not recommended. 4. Cook 1 burger for 1 to 1-1/4 min. Cook 2 burgers for 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 min. On the Grill: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Use a food thermometer to be sure that burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165F. *Cooking instructions developed using 1100-watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary.
