Simply cooked, then dried. Nothing added but convenience. Stove: Boil water. Add rice, stir, cover & remove from heat. Wait 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed, then fluff. Microwave: Place water and rice in microwave-safe bowl. Cover, microwave on high. Wait 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed, then fluff. How Much? Servings: 2; 1 cup rice + 1 cup water. Servings: 4; 2 cups rice + 2 cups water. Servings: 6; 3 cups rice + 3 cups water. Microwave Cook Times: 2 servings = 6 minutes; 4 serving = 8 minutes; 6 serving = 10 minutes. Microwave ovens vary.
