Ingredients: Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Dark Chocolate Chips (organic Cane Sugar, Organic Chocolate Liquor, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Soy Lecithin, Organic Vanilla), Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Vanilla Flavoring, Organic Spelt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Organic Kamut Khorasan Wheat

Directions

What you need:

Butter 1/2 cup (softened).

Egg 1 (well beaten).

Baking instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2. Add cookie mix to medium mixing bowl. Add softened butter and combine/mix well with fork.

3. Add beaten egg and mix well.

4. Form dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 9-10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes two dozen cookies.

Add 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats to cookie mix before adding butter. Proceed as directed.

Feel like a cookie cake?

Spread cookie dough into greased 9" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan before cutting into squares. Makes 16 cookie bars.
