Brown Sugar, Semisweet Chocolate (sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Sunflower Lecithin), 100% Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Oats, 100% Whole Grain Oat Flour, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Natural Flavor.
Directions
Cookie Instructions: You'll need: 1 bag Kodiak Cakes mix, 1 egg (or egg substitute), 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (1/4 cup applesauce may be substituted for half of the butter) (softened not melted). Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together butter and egg. Add Kodiak Cakes mix and blend until combined. (Dough may be crumbly). Place balls of dough (about golf ball sized) onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, or until cookies are light golden brown.
Optional Add-Ins: Coconut Almond: 1/3 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup sliced almonds. Caramel & Pecan: 1/4 cup caramel chips or pieces, 1/4 cup chopped pecans. White Chocolate & Cherry: 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, 1/4 cup dried cherries. Orange & Cardamom: Zest from one orange, 1 tsp cardamom. Candy Bar: 1/2 cup roughly chopped candy bar.
For optimal freshness, store in a cool dry place.
