Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Evaporated Cane Syrup, Leavening (monocalcium Phosphate, Baking Soda), Organic Vanilla Flavor, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Ingredients:

1 Package Arrowhead Mills® Organic Vanilla Cake Mix.

1 1/4 Cup Milk, Dream® Almond Milk or Coconut Milk.

1/2 Cup Spectrum® Canola Oil (or 4 oz. butter).

2 Eggs or Egg substitute.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place wet ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, mix for approximately 2 minutes. Add cake mix and beat 2 to 3 minutes until well combined with a smooth texture.

3. Pour the batter into greased pan(s). Bake for approximately 20-24 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

4. Remove from oven and allow pan to cool completely, approximately 20 minutes, before frosting. Enjoy!
