Directions
For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Stovetop Directions: Heat 1/2 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add edamame. Cover; reduce heat to medium-high and boil gently 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. (To serve cold, rinse with cold water; drain). Microwave: Microwave Directions: Add edamame to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir. (To serve cold, rinse with cold water; drain.). Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200 - 3:30 to 4:30 (Time on high). Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1000 - 4:30 to 5:30 (Time on high).
