Directions
Bake: YOU WILL NEED: 3/4 cup Zatarain's Pork Bake & Crisp; 2 lbs. boneless or bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick); 1 egg, beaten.
BAKING DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400degF. Moisten pork chops with egg. Shake off excess. 2. Pour Bake & Crisp onto plate. Coat pork on all sides by pressing firmly into coating mixture. Place on ungreased shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining coating mixture on plate. 3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness. Do not turn pork.
