It’s perfect for Texas-style sizzling fajitas and barbecued ribs that Stubb, the legendary creator behind Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Sauces, himself would love to share. Featuring hearty, natural mesquite wood flavor and a touch of lime juice, along with spices & herbs like chili pepper, paprika and oregano, this barbecue marinade adds Southwest flavor in just 15 minutes. Lawry’s Marinades have no high fructose corn syrup and no added MSG and work great no matter how you use them- as a steak marinade, as a fajita seasoning, or as a meat tenderizer.
Ingredients
Water, Distilled Vinegar, Lime Juice, Salt, Spices (including Chili Pepper, Paprika, Oregano), Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Garlic, Onion, Caramel Color, Natural Flavor |(including Mesquite Smoke), Potassium Sorbate And Sodium Benzoate (to Protect Quality) And Xanthan Gum (thickener).
Directions
Shake well. Discard used marinade.
Grill it: Marinate steak or chicken. Grill, basting with fresh marinade. Saute it: For easy fajitas, saute steak, bell pepper and onion strips, adding marinade during lost few minutes of cooking.
Goes great with fajitas chicken, pork, steak.
Refrigerate after opening.
