Simple Skillet Pork Chops and Gravy: Makes 6 servings. Pour 1 jar Heinz Gravy into large skillet. Add 6 thin boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.); cook over medium heat 10 to 12 min. Or until done (145 Degrees F), turning pork chops and stirring gravy occasionally. Remove skillet from heat. Cover; let stand 3 min. Serve pork chops and gravy over 3 cups hot mashed potatoes. Heating Instructions: Stove Top: Heat gravy in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Microwave gravy in microwavable bowl on high 3 min., stirring after 2 min.
After opening, refrigerate any unused portion and use within 5 days.
