Recipe. Easy Meatloaf. Prep tme: 10 minutes. Cook time: 1 hour. 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef. 1 beaten egg. 1/2 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs. Serves: 4-6. 1 (12 oz.) jar heinz. Fat free savory beef gravy. 1/4 cup water. 1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 tsp. Lea & perrins worcestershire sauce. In medium bow, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/2 (6 0z.) jar of gravy, water, parsley and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Form mixture into 8x4 inch loaf in a medium baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, then pour remaining 1/2 (6 oz.) jar of gravy onto meatloaf. Bake an additional 30 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Microwave oven instructions: Pour gravy into microwave safe container. Heat on high about 3 minutes, stirring once.
Best when used by date stamped on lid. Reject if button is up on cap. After opening, refrigerate any unused portion and use within 5 days.
