White Beans, Pinto Beans, Carrots, Onions, Parsley, Sea Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Cornstarch, Corn Syrup Solids, Smoked Paprika, Cilantro, Onion Powder, Natural Flavor, Celery Seed, Turmeric, Cumin, Oregano, Red Pepper, White Pepper, Ground Chipotle Pepper, Silicone Dioxide (anti Caking Agent).
Directions
1 pkg soup; 7 cups water; 2-1/2 cups chicken broth; 1-1/2 cups chicken breast, cooked or uncooked, chopped; 1 (4 oz) can chopped chilies. 1. Rinse and pick through beans. Combine beans and 5 cups of the water in a stock pot. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Drain beans. 2. Add remaining 2 cups water, chicken broth, chicken, vegetable packet, spice packet and green chilies to beans. Return to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for an additional 30 minutes. Makes approx. 8 (1 cup) servings. Crock-pot Slow Cooker Directions: 1 pkg soup mix; 3-1/2 cups water; 2-1/2 cups chicken broth; 1-1/2 cups uncooked chicken breast (whole, about 2 medium breasts (Note: If using precooked chicken, add during the last 30 minutes of cooking time); 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies. 1. Rinse and pick through beans. Combine beans, water, chicken broth and whole uncooked chicken breast in a 6-7 quart crock-pot slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6 hours. 2. Thirty minutes prior to the end of cooking time, remove the chicken breasts and roughly shred. Return to the crock-pot slow cooker along with the vegetable packet, seasoning packet and the green chilies (if using). Stir well, replace lid and continue to cook. Makes approx 8 (1 cup) servings.
