Microwave directions: in a microwave-safe container, stir together rice, seasoning, coconut milk powder, 1 tbsp. Butter or margarine (optional) and 21/4 cups of water. Cook uncovered for 9 minutes. Stir, cover and cook for an additional 6 minutes. Stir, cover and cook for an additional 6 minutes or until rice is soft and tender. Remove from microwave, stir and let stand covered for 5 minutes to insure rice is completely cooked. Serves 1 to 4. seasoning and coconut milk powder will fully dissolve when heated. Due to variations in saucepans, stoves and microwaves, directions and cooking times may need adjustment.
