How to measure your feet
- Measure them at the end of the day. One of the best ways to get an accurate measurement of your feet is to do the measuring at the end of the day when the size of your foot is the largest. As you walk around and your feet warm up, they tend to swell a bit, so you want to make sure to measure them later in the day.
- Wear socks or stockings. Measure your feet with stockings for heels, pumps, and flats. Wear socks for sneakers, athletic shoes, and closed-toe comfort shoes. For hiking or running shoes, choose the type of sock you'd normally wear for the activity.

- Use the stores' website sizing chart. Find the shoe length and width chart that the store's website provides. You should find corresponding numbers to help you know the exact length and width of your feet.
